No#1. Local Paper Advertising: Advertise your campaign on local newspaper once in a week. It will give you enough calls from genuine clients. In fact, all the local job distributors are doing this.

No#2. Classified job Alert Subscription: There are many classified sites where you can find your clients. Subscribe free classified job alerts. You can use free classified sites like OLX, Quikr. See the example of my subscription-

No#3. Search Engine Advertising: People love to find online jobs on the first page of search engines. Advertise your campaign on Google Adwords and enlist your business office on Google local listing to get more clients. 

Remember these are only the basic ways. There are many advanced ways to find clients.
